Aftercare Instructions

I trust you had a pleasant experience and are enjoying your new semi permanent makeup
It is of the utmost importance that you follow these aftercare instructions for the TWO WEEKS following your appointment to ensure the best possible result for your cosmetic tattoo

Failure to follow these aftercare instructions will result in an incomplete, patchy or total loss of your cosmetic tattoo and may mean that you will need them redone at your own cost.

• DO NOT pick at or remove ANY COLOUR PIGMENT from your brows, this is particularly important when applying your aftercare balm.
• Refrain from any activity which causes you to sweat whatsoever - this is including having hot showers saunas or any activity which will cause your skin to heat up
• Avoid the tattoo area with makeup and any cosmetic or skin products whatsoever aside from your aftercare balm
• No water to touch the tattooed area whatsoever (ie no swimming, covering your tattoo when you are in the shower etc)

• Refrain from any facials, microdermabrasion, medical creams or vitamin A serums

• Apply a small amount of tattoo balm once in the morning and once at night with clean warm fingers on the tattoo ensuring that no pigment whatsoever comes off
make sure the balm is soft with the consistency of gel before applying
• The tattooed area should not be exposed in any way to sun or uv rays
• Do not substitute any other creams or lotions for the tattoo balm (ie bepanthen) as this can cause your new cosmetic tattoo to fade or disappear completely
